- Workshop - job cards are domain events: completing a job updates the vehicle's service history, triggers compliance alerts where applicable, and surfaces in the subscription's activity timeline
- Payments - payment records are linked to the subscription, the customer, and the Ezidebit collection run that generated them; arrears cases carry the full payment trail
- Notes - notes are a cross-cutting domain: any note can be attached to a customer, vehicle, subscription, or job card and surfaces in the activity timeline of every linked entity
- Documents - formal documents (contracts, inspection reports, compliance certificates) are attached at the entity level and accessible from the customer, vehicle, or subscription they belong to
- Attachments - supporting files (photos, receipts, correspondence) are stored against the entity they relate to and linked across related records so nothing is siloed
- Employees - staff records carry their role, entity scope, and permission matrix; every audit event in the system records which employee performed the action and from which entity context
- Alerts - every compliance and payment alert is anchored to the specific entity, vehicle, subscription, or customer it relates to; resolving an alert closes it across every linked view

- Documents attached to a subscription travel with the contract history - when a subscription closes, the documents remain on the customer and vehicle records for the full operational lifecycle
- Notes are a cross-cutting domain: any structured note can be attached to a customer, vehicle, subscription, or job card and appears in the activity timeline of every linked entity
